When things look fine from the outside, but do not feel fine within.

You may be capable and getting on with life while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed or caught in constant self-doubt. Therapy can help you slow the pattern down and understand what is maintaining it.

What we can work towards

Therapy is shaped around your own experience, with a practical focus on understanding and sustainable change.

Outcome 1 of 4

  1. Understand the link between your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

  2. Respond differently to worry, overthinking and self-criticism.

  3. Build practical tools you can use beyond the therapy room.

A vibrant garden path unfolding through layered planting
  4. Feel more confident making decisions and setting boundaries.

Patterns that take up too much space.

You might recognise one concern or several. We can make sense of how they connect without reducing your experience to a label.

  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Overthinking and worry
  • Perfectionism and procrastination
  • Low confidence and self-esteem
  • Imposter feelings
  • People-pleasing and boundaries

A way forward

Change can begin with one hopeful step.

Therapy can help you understand what has been holding you back and move towards life with more confidence and freedom.

Structured enough to give direction. Personal enough to fit you.

CBT gives the work a useful structure, while collaboration keeps it connected to your life and what matters to you.

Make sense of the pattern

We begin by understanding what is happening now and what may be keeping the difficulty going.

Choose a useful focus

Together, we agree what you want to change and shape the work around what matters to you.

Practise something different

Sessions include practical tools and experiments that help turn insight into everyday change.

Carry it forward

The aim is to build understanding and skills that remain useful after therapy ends.

Warm, direct and genuinely collaborative.
