Trust needs more than a link in the footer.
This prototype reserves the correct policy structure, but the final wording depends on confirmed operational facts and professional review.
Privacy
The final notice will explain who controls personal data, what is collected, why it is used, the lawful basis, who receives it, how long it is kept, how it is secured and how people can exercise their rights.
Before this can be completed, the practice must confirm its hosting, email, enquiry, record-keeping, retention and third-party service arrangements.
Cookies
The final notice will list cookies and similar technologies actually used by the production website. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies will require an appropriate consent choice before they run.
The current prototype does not install analytics, advertising or preference cookies.
Terms
The final terms will separate general website terms from the therapy agreement. They may cover acceptable website use, intellectual property, information limitations and how service-specific terms are provided.
Pricing, schedules, cancellation arrangements and other service details remain intentionally absent until Kirsty confirms them.
Accessibility
The final statement will describe the website’s conformance target, known limitations, testing approach, contact route for alternative formats and escalation process.
This prototype is being built towards WCAG 2.2 AA with semantic structure, visible focus, keyboard-operable navigation, reduced-motion support and high-contrast fallbacks.
